I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and great value for the price we paid. The hotel’s location was perfect, with friendly staff making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The morning meal could use more variety to keep it interesting.

My stay was great for a quick business trip. The room was bright & comfy, came with 2 television and 3 large bed, for example. Everything was nice, nonetheless a few employees were poor. Location: the hotel was near restaurants, a huge mall, and the train station, the bus stations and the train stations, and the big shopping mall with a lot of restaurants...

The location is pretty good, right near the train station and a shopping mall, which is super convenient. The staff were really friendly and greeted us every time we walked in; that was a nice touch! The room we ended up in was spacious and quite comfortable, and it had a fridge, which was great for storing snacks.

But, man, the first room we got was a letdown – it had a musty smell and was worn down. Plus, we faced a wall, so no natural light! The breakfast was basic and crowded, not much to write home about. Honestly, the place could use some serious updates overall.

Big Room and Courteous Staff

The hotel's room size is impressive and spacious for a budget hotel with a water cooler and a modern LCD TV. the staff is polite and helpful, making you feel welcome upon arrival. The location is also convenient for accessing the major shopping area and mall located nearby.

The hotel room was old, smelly, and rundown, with slow lifts which was quite frustrating, and the breakfast was also not good. The staff also seemed to have limited English proficiency, which caused some confusion during check-in and other basic inquiries during our stay.

The staff at this place was friendly and provided great service, making our stay enjoyable. the hotel's convenient location near a railway station allowed us to easily travel around the area. We were delighted to discover Miyahara, just 400 meters away, where we had a satisfying meal.
